In Camaiore, wonderful rustic stone and stone in a fairytale setting, currently the urban destination is that of a B&B with restaurant, but it can also be sold as a normal residential home. The property is about 600 m², the land is just under 2000.

It consists of eight double, triple and quadruple rooms, up to offering 25 beds, air-conditioned and equipped with heating and therefore ready to welcome customers for all seasons. To these is added an apartment of about 65sqm, also air-conditioned, consisting of living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms.

The company has a brand that offers a series of products branded with its own brand, including: perfumes, wines.

The other soul is the restaurant, which contributes to endowing the company with those scents of Tuscany that make it a popular destination all over the world. In fact, the kitchen is made up of two areas, one "classic" with gas burners and the other equipped with a wood oven and grills, dedicated to slow and highly attractive cooking.

In addition, the barbecue corner where it is cooked on sight for our customers is one of the most appreciated elements of our reality.

Certainly, however, the most valuable aspect is the combination of the typical imprint of the Tuscan tradition and its international flair, due to a design with attention to every detail. In fact, we have equipped ourselves with highly refined furnishings inside a sixteenth-century structure (a former oil mill) which has contributed to making it an international level of excellence.
